Engineering and Design
Our Engineering staff stays abreast of an ever-changing technical environment and is ISO certified. We use Pro/Engineer as our primary engineering software. We can also work with native SolidWorks and Unigraphics files to interface with our Customers design needs. We use Amada 3D unfolder to develop the 2D flat layout, which is then checked by our Design Verification process. Once the D/V process is completed, the part will be coded for the CNC turret, LASER, combination machine or waterjet. We use Amada Fabriwin software to code for all the machines except the waterjet. It is programmed using Flowpath & Flowcut software.
All of our Engineering, MRP and Data base workstations are connected via a state of the art Ethernet network connecting to a gigabit backbone 100 BT which attaches our File, Database and Application servers. Full system backups are done daily.
3D Modeling and Printing
The FARO ScanArm is the ideal tool for inspection, point cloud-to-CAD comparison, rapid prototyping, reverse engineering, and 3D modeling. We use the Objet30 3D printer to provide rapid prototype models to aid in proving your design.
