MASS' advanced manufacturing equipment is housed in over 200,000 sq. ft. of production space in 4 buildings in San Jose and Santa Clara, CA. Additional Engineers are staffed in Arizona and Oregon, including Sales and Engineering staffed in Texas. In Our climate controlled electronic assembly area is designed with flexible work cells capable of handling up to 30 product lines at one time. An ESD assembly area is located on 12,000 square feet of floor space. Full turnkey capabilities, segregated locked inventory sites and computer controlled manufacturing process instructions (MPI) are revision controlled for all ongoing product lines. FIFO controlled system is incorporated throughout the manufacturing areas. Testing capabilities are Hi-pot, Ground and Functional per customer's requirements.

Our computer numerically controlled Turret Punch Presses have automatic load and unload features and an extensive tooling library to minimize your tooling costs. The centerpieces of this department are our EML Punch/Laser combo machine which is in addition to our Punching Cells, High-speed Laser Cutting Machines and a Waterjet Cutting System.
