Our Mechanical Engineering staff will offer our expertise to help to improve the design and manufacturability of your product. Our Machine Shop Capabilities and Surface Finishes are: Turning within 8rms, Milling within 16rms, Graining, Polishing, Painting and Bead Blasting to your specifications. Our experienced staff of Engineers utilizes Surfcam, SolidWorks and AutoCAD to assist you in the design and manufacturing of your products. We can use your CAD file to machine solid 3D models at the prototype level and also high quantity runs that require multiple fixtures and processes. We offer process control and SPC for production runs. This ensures producing high quality products, uninterrupted deliveries and a solid value.
