MASS Precision Paint is the Finishing division of MASS Precision Sheetmetal. We are a full service provider in both paint and silkscreen. We exist to enhance the MASS experience while providing a multitude of services to our customers. Our experienced team’s in both paint and silkscreen are able to provide technical assistance and coating solutions ranging from powder to wet applications and on any type of substrate.
We are committed to providing high quality parts meeting or exceeding customer expectations, on time delivery and unsurpassed quick turn capability when required. These goals are achieved through an exhaustive program of employee training and cross training to insure that MASS Precision Paint remains in the forefront of paint industry technical advances.
Our 32,000 square foot facility operates across two shifts in both areas. We have a batch processing system that includes 5 paint booths and 3 walk-in ovens. Our powder application systems are the highest quality Gema units along with DeVilbiss HVLP wet applicators. Our system allows us to process as little as a single prototype part to extremely high volumes, as required by our customers. We have on site assembly capabilities to compliment another of our MASS Division’s and supply all necessary packaging needs whether standard or custom. Pick up and delivery of product is handled by a dedicated paint shop Traffic Department.
Our silkscreen capabilities are virtually limitless due to our equipment, experienced people and their creative talents. Some of the services provided include screen printing on most substrates, custom screens for the complex job and artwork design and consulting. We enjoy working with many of our customer’s engineers directly. Additionally, we provide film outputs and custom color matches for inks. All work is done in house to assure quality and maintain control due to time constraints. Programs used are Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Acad 2000.
