PAINT PROCESSING
Operating across two shifts to meet the demands of our current customers, our Paint facility is equipped with advanced processing systems, including multiple paint booths and walk-in ovens. Utilizing top-quality Gema units for powder application and DeVilbiss HVLP wet applicators, our system accommodates the processing of a single prototype part to extremely high volumes, tailored to our customers’ needs. We offer custom coatings ranging from fine textures to high gloss, available in virtually any imaginable color.
SILK SCREEN
Our silkscreen capabilities know no bounds, thanks to our cutting-edge equipment, experienced personnel, and their creative talents. Services include screen printing on most substrates, custom screens for complex jobs, and artwork design and consulting. Collaboration with our customers’ engineers is a highlight of our process. Additionally, we provide film outputs and custom color matches for inks. All work is conducted in-house to ensure quality and maintain control within tight time constraints. We utilize programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Solid Works.
