Over the past two decades MASS Precision’s Sheetmetal and Stamping Division has developed into a state-of-the-art manufacturer of precisely engineered metal components, specifically for today’s rapidly evolving communications, electronics and medical equipment markets. This work is accomplished with the latest models of Computer Numerical Controlled turret punch presses, State of the art Combo Laser/Punch Presses with brushed tables and Programmable NC9-EX backgages on every Press Brake.

Our Stamping tool shop supports both new tool builds as well as daily press room maintenance. EDM facilities, CNC machining, precision grinding & jig bore capabilities are in place to support this objective. We manufacture dies ranging from simple "compound or blank through"' dies to complex progressive dies that incorporate such features as in-die pin insertion, tapping, cams and a full array of sensors.

Progressive die designs or modifications are provided from our customer's electronic files via our CAD system. We evaluate each customer request for the most effective tooling solution, whether it be Class "A", "B", staged or prototype. We encourage our customers’ early involvement in the product design phase, often recommending enhancements for ease of manufacturing.

We specialize in difficult to manufacture stampings, with extremely close tolerance features and finish. We have developed expertise in stamping of very thin gauge materials with no burr. Our presses can handle strip feed or coil fed parts.
